Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP is an approach to communication, personality development, and psychotherapy.
It was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. “Neuro meaning Neurological Processes” and “Linguistic meaning Language” and “Programming meaning Behavioral Patterns learned through experience… together, when synced together, these factors can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. NLP can also use the skills of exceptional people and create them as models for other less talented people to take advantage of the same.
