The subconscious mind does not deal with outside world situations like the body does. It feeds on emotions and nerve transmissions that are sent from the brain and back to it after travelling through the entire body. These feelings are what guide the mind to see the power it possesses from inside the deepest nerve endings of the brain. The stronger the feelings, the clearer your mind will be able to see what you truly want and how to achieve it.
Visualizations that you see in your mind will surely transgress you into a world within yourself and help you feel light and peaceful; but you also need to connect your thoughts to your feelings. Through meditation and other techniques, you will be able to feel what you see in your mind and hence move closer to your goals.
Once you can see your potential and feel what it truly means, you need to go out of the comfort zone and explore other strengths that you never knew you had. Earlier you may have believed that you lack things like will power, concentration, memory, etc. Once you reach out and explore your mind, you will realize that all these are strengths that you were born with and hence… born to use to your advantage.

Mid-Brain Activities Include:

- Better art techniques, working with colors and boundaries in picture drawings
- Color guessing - they can know the color of objects without necessarily seeing the object
- The kids are trained to guess UNO card characteristics e.g. Number or color
- Reading newspapers headlines without seeing the paper, the newspaper headlines usually with large fonts
- Doing basic daily work without vision, e.g. Walking, avoiding obstacles, moving in patterns, avoiding collisions with others etc.
- Cycling and bicycle techniques with no vision
- Other recreational but competitive techniques usually dependent on children’s hobbies e.g. Games (Cricket, Table Tennis, Chess, Rubik’s Cube, Basketball, Carom Board) among many others.
*During the training, basic health issues are handled with as much importance as the training. The kids need to be have healthy intake of water before training. Water intake improves brain functionality and detoxes the body. Also, of importance is the brain buttons exercise to enable enough blood flow to the brain. When the brain functions optimally it needs high constant supply of oxygen and nutrients which are supplied by blood. Deep breathing to ensure oxygen supply is also vital.
